BED and BATH

This condo can sleep 2 guests and is ideal for couples, duos or solo travelers!

  • Bedroom: 1 queen bed, separated from the rest of the suite with a sliding door.

The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.

The bathroom is located right off of the kitchen it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!

LIVING SPACE

The loft features an open kitchen/living area, coffee table, flat-screen TV, a corner dining nook and little desk for a work space!

Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include:

  • Coffee maker

The cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

Welcome to the North Loop! This area is considered the hottest neighborhood in Minneapolis. The North Loop boasts a vibrant dining scene — here are a few nearby favorites:

Booking Requirements

  • 30+ Night Stays may require a lease. If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation. The deposit is refunded within 5–7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy.
  • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
  • All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
  • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
  • A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
  • Discounts are valid only at checkout, are not retroactive, and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. Refunds outside of this policy are not guaranteed.
  • Minnestay is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
  • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

House Rules

  • Check in: 4pm; Check out: 11am. Check‑in and check‑out times must be followed unless early/late arrangements are approved and are subject to additional fees.
  • This is a smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks (Sable), or within 25 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable).
  • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
  • Pet‑friendly listings allow dogs only; all other homes are no‑pets. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
  • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable).
  • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
  • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
  • Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
  • Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment.
  • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest.
  • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement.
  • Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
  • Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
  • Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property.
  • Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas (Sable) of the property.
  • Loss of any physical keys, key fobs(Sable), garage door openers and/or parking passes (Sable) will incur a fee.
  • Fines up to $2000 per violation may be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"This was a several stay near where we live to "get away". The location is great, super convenient parking, terrific neighborhood, a million restaurants, and very walkable and bikeable. Also, if you use Lyft, Uber, etc, there are always lots of drivers cruising nearby.<br/>Apartment was well outfitted; comfortable bed, nice city views out the window. It has the "industrial" look as per the pictures, but it works for this space and this location. <br/>Excellent communication from start to finish.<br/>Thanks for everything!"

The unit is in a clean modern building, which is well located in the North Loop area with plenty of coffee and eating options around. Parking was easy. <br/>The roof deck on the building was also great with its grills and fire pits. It was a great place to watch the sunset.<br/>The KeyCafe is a great way to make the keys available and is straightforward as long as you read and follow the instructions carefully.<br/>We will definitely be back when we come through the area."

"The Sable unit I stayed in (205) was spotless and well-equipped. Once I got there the check-in instructions made perfect sense and were very comprehensive. Minnestay personnel were always available to answer questions and help, going above and being. Case in point, upon arrival, I stayed in another unit and then had to extend two days. That wasn’t possible in the initial unit, but 205 was available. While I’d have preferred not to move, Minnestay set me up with an 11 am check-in, so I could check out of one unit and into the other seamlessly. AND I liked 205, even better than the original. Thank you Minnestay!"
