Whether you’re visiting for meetings or a conference, this spacious one bedroom alcove loft is ideal for business travelers coming to town for a few days to a couple of months. Our convenient location puts you within a short drive of the Minneapolis Convention Center and the headquarters of 3M, General Mills, UnitedHealth Group, Medtronic, Target, Best Buy, Cargill, and more.

Bed and Bath Features

This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos or solo travelers:

  • Bedroom: 1 King bed, separated from the living room with a half wall for privacy
  • Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests

Ample closet space with custom closets in the bedroom means you can unpack fully (no more wrinkly clothes!), and you’ll sleep well on our comfortable mattress with high-quality bedding. Staying for awhile? We can arrange for housekeeping service whenever you need it.

The bathroom is located off of the kitchen so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a combination shower + tub, toilet, and sink with large vanity. We provide toiletries, towels, iron, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look your best.

Living Space Amenities

Catch up on emails or disconnect entirely in the living room - it’s up to you. The comfortable couch and TV make it easy to unwind after a long day. The breakfast bar also doubles as a work space for travelers needing to catch up on emails after a busy day! Need some more space to spread out? Head down to the 1st-floor resident lounge, where you’ll find plenty of tables suited for work.

Traveling for business often means a lot of meals out, so sometimes a home-cooked meal is exactly what you crave. Cook your home-style favorites in the full kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with dishes and cookware for effortless meal prep.

Creating a sophisticated vibe, the loft features tall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.

Building Amenities

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

Booking Requirements

  1. 30+ Night Stays may require a lease. If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required.
  2. Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation. The deposit is refunded within 5–7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy.
  3. All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions.
  4. All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
  5. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
  6. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
  7. Discounts are valid only at checkout, are not retroactive, and cannot be combined with other offers.
  8. All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. Refunds outside of this policy are not guaranteed.
  9. Minnestay is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
  10. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

House Rules

  • Check in: 4pm; Check out: 11am. Check‑in and check‑out times must be followed unless early/late arrangements are approved and are subject to additional fees.
  • This is a smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks (Sable), or within 25 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable).
  • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
  • Pet‑friendly listings allow dogs only; all other homes are no‑pets. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
  • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable).
  • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
  • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
  • Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
  • Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment.
  • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest.
  • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement.
  • Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
  • Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
  • Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property.
  • Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas (Sable) of the property.
  • Loss of any physical keys, key fobs(Sable), garage door openers and/or parking passes (Sable) will incur a fee.
  • Fines up to $2000 per violation may be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"Great place and space. Great location. I managed to lock myself out at about 3am, and had someone to call that got me back in two minutes. My only issue is that getting the parking pass is a little annoying, there was no street parking available when I showed up, so I ended up paying $7 for paid parking while I ran in to get the parking pass."
