BED BATH

Four guests can sleep comfortably in this Studio:

  • Sleeping Area: 1 queen bed overlooking the city with large windows, 1 pull out queen sofa with mattress topper.

The room has plenty of storage space in the closet, and bright accent colors and artwork add to the overall style of this unit. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.

The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large, tiled shower with glass doors, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!

LIVING SPACE

This studio loft features an open kitchen/living area, where you’ll find:

  • Breakfast nook with two stools

Although the North Loop is packed with amazing restaurants, the kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Appliances include:

The living area features high ceilings, wood floors, and four oversized windows for a sunny, sophisticated ambiance.

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

ESSENTIALS

One parking space in the covered parking ramp is included with your reservation. Even your car can stay nice and dry!

Welcome to the North Loop! This area is considered the hottest neighborhood in Minneapolis. The North Loop boasts a vibrant dining scene — here are a few nearby favorites:

  • The Freehouse (2-minute walk)
  • Cuzzy’s Bar and Grill (3-minute walk)

In addition to the fun stuff, you can also find all the essentials for a comfortable stay within walking distance:

Booking Requirements

  1. 30+ Night Stays may require a lease. If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required.
  2. Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation. The deposit is refunded within 5–7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy.
  3. All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
  4. All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
  5. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
  6. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
  7. Discounts are valid only at checkout, are not retroactive, and cannot be combined with other offers.
  8. All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. Refunds outside of this policy are not guaranteed.
  9. Minnestay is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
  10. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

House Rules

  • Check in: 4pm; Check out: 11am. Check‑in and check‑out times must be followed unless early/late arrangements are approved and are subject to additional fees.
  • This is a smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks (Sable), or within 25 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable).
  • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
  • Pet‑friendly listings allow dogs only; all other homes are no‑pets. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
  • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable).
  • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
  • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
  • Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
  • Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment.
  • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest.
  • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement.
  • Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
  • Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
  • Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property.
  • Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas (Sable) of the property.
  • Loss of any physical keys, key fobs(Sable), garage door openers and/or parking passes (Sable) will incur a fee.
  • Fines up to $2000 per violation may be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"A quiet, clean, and secure building in a beautiful location. The parking garage and check-in process is very smooth and the room was excellent for three guests. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and fun stores and businesses and is perfect for walking. The building is also close to the rail making access to the rest of Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Bloomington/Mall of America extremely easy!"

"The place was great, super central. Was able to go to a baseball game and walk 10 minutes to the stadium and also eat every meal within a 10 minute walk radius. It is close to the river park as well, which was nice for runs. But the check in process feels insane and initially sketchy if you are unfamiliar with the business. They do make you sign a rental agreement via email and send some personal documentation via airbnb. There are like 4 platforms to use to check in and get information. It would be very helpful if just the correct check out info and wifi were on airbnb. Once i got checked in, it was fine to navigate getting in/ out of the building and house. They also were able to get my travel partner a spare key when they were showing up to the building while I was at an event. Overall, good communication and grate space. But was definitely unsure about the entire booking leading up to my travel date."

"We had a super great stay at this apartment! Four of us fit comfortably. The pullout couch was great for the guys and my husband and I stayed in the bedroom and the bed was super comfy! Bathroom was so spacious and kitchen had basic needs. We enjoyed the coffee and loveeeed the lobby. We played shuffleboard and sat infront of the fire. AMAZING food literally on the other side of the building in a cute little square we loved Thre3 Jack and the coffee shop! It was 10 min from US Bank for the Vikings game which was why we stayed! Check in was a breeze. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"Our Minnestay experience was somewhere between a normal, privately-owned AirBnB and a hotel. Minnestay feels like a corporate AirBnB, although I’m not sure how big the company is. Room was clean and the staff was responsive during their business hours (did not need them during non-business hours). The check-in process was somewhat complicated (although much easier once you’ve done it once) and there was a lot more information to know (in emails and websites) about check-in, check-out, parking, etc. than at normal AirBnB’s. Parking was free and convenient which is a big plus in downtown Minneapolis. The gym access is not free, so know that."
