Certified Service Animals are welcome and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. - Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. - Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. - This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. - There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building. - Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass. - Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules. - Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. The units are always clean and comfortable. The temperature control is great. Parking is easy. Check in and check out are easy processes. They had made a clerical error for my check in date and it just took a 30 second call to get it fixed. Very responsive and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend, especially for people who don't need a lot of space, but want it to feel good. The one thing I will say is that this specific unit has a work station, but the monitor has ancient inputs (VESA ports for those who know). They have a dock that connects to it, but wouldn't properly take HDMI or USB C inputs.
