This dog-friendly spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed to provide everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. - This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
- Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150).
- Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
- Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.

"We loved the location, it was a peaceful neighborhood with nice parks nearby and near downtown. It looks smaller on the outside than than the inside. Our family of 6 was able to spread out and enjoy every part of this house. It was a little difficult to get comfortable upstairs with the window AC unit. The basement was loads of fun for the kids to go play and stay busy."

"Before we ever arrived, we had a great feeling; communication was clear & detailed and instructions for check-in were direct & uncomplicated. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the classic, historic neighborhood.
The interior is super cozy, well-decorated & very spacious. There are new appliances & furniture. No detail has been overlooked in this recently updated home.
One of the greatest & most unique features of this house is the large basement, which serves as a gathering/entertainment space. We used the fireplace, played games & the 3 1/2 year old sang songs on the karaoke stage! It was a blast for both adults & kids!
The kitchen is another highlight even though we didn’t do any cooking. It’s a large, open space that encourages gathering & conversation. The large refrigerator/freezer even has TWO different sizes/types of ice.
The neighborhood also has great food & coffee options!

"Very nice place. Given the size of the home, especially how it looks from the outside (tiny), it’s surprisingly spacious inside. Very nicely decorated, loved the floors and carpet was nice and clean as well. We made good use of the karaoke and the ping pong/pool table. They had games for kids, beds were comfy. Overall a great stay. Dishwasher did leak, so I hope that’s resolved and the tub didn’t drain well on the main level, again, if they fix those two issues, there would be nothing to complain about. Would stay again. Pro tip: there is filtered water inside the fridge :-)."
