## Description
Welcome to our centrally located pet-friendly Saint Paul home, with easy access to all the Cities’ Highlights. The Highland Park neighborhood offers the perfect balance of proximity to the excitement of city life and a peaceful place to relax. Experience the best of both worlds during your stay! The Mall of America, stadiums, arenas, colleges, universities, and all the attractions will be only a short drive away from the quiet, green spaces around Highland Hideaway, which has been fully furnished with your comfort in mind. We have provided amenity kits and bath soaps so you can pack light.
The space includes a kitchen that is a chef's dream, equipped with everything you can imagine: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, mixer, etc. The spacious dining area seats 6 to 8 comfortably, and the table can be extended to accommodate a few more people when needed.
All bedding is brand new. The main floor offers one King size bedroom and one Queen size bedroom. Upstairs is a large loft area with three Twin beds. There are also additional mattresses located underneath two of the twin beds should more sleeping arrangements be needed. Please notify us beforehand to ensure that extra linens are made available.
The primary bath with a tub/shower combo is located on the main floor, and a ¾ bathroom with a shower is on the lower level. Conditioner, shampoo, and body wash are provided for your convenience.
After your day of sightseeing, come home and enjoy a game of table tennis, board games, our gaming console, or watching movies in the downstairs entertainment room. Some craft supplies and a sewing machine are available for guest use. The Harry Potter themed loft area upstairs offers a separate entertainment zone and would be perfect for teens and older children to hang out. There’s something for everyone! Stay connected with ultra-fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. In the lower level, you will find lots of little extras such as a cooler, fans, and space heaters to assure comfort for every guest.
Relax on the back deck and enjoy a summer BBQ on the grill. We welcome your pets but please note that the yard is not fenced. You’ll find parking in the driveway off the alley as well as plenty of free street parking.
The local area is a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a small-town feel. It is in close proximity to universities, entertainment, and shopping. The iconic Highland Village golf course, parks along the Mississippi River, and Fort Snelling State Park are nearby.
Home features include 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twin), 2 bathrooms (1 with tub/shower combo, 1 with shower only), a living room with TV, a dining room, a kitchen, an upper-level kids room that is Harry Potter themed, and a lower-level game room with TV. There is a full-size table tennis, a game/puzzle table, a hookey ring toss game, Nintendo Wii games, console and controllers, a craft room with a variety of basic art supplies, a basic sewing machine and simple sewing tools, a back deck with a grill and patio furniture, and pets are allowed.

Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and no smoking is allowed inside the home, including e-cigarettes and vapes.
This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home, and additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home. No events are allowed, as this home is designed for families and responsible adults. Dogs are only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings, and prior notice must be given to the Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet, along with a required pet fee.
Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel, and we expect that you will treat it with respect. Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and we ask that you be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property. Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
